First, let me say I'm not a realtor, a flipper, a rehaber, a contractor or in any way related to the real estate business. I am a private individual seeking a clean minimum 3/2 property which my wife and I can enjoy.
If you're trying to sell your house in Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks, or Studio City, and aren't having any luck, I will purchase it at full asking price provided your asking price is reasonable. I am seeking a property in excellent condition, for which I'm willing to pay a maximum of $550,000.
I am open to a lease option, or rent to own scenario, or owner carry back financing. I have no desire to look at properties which are in need of any major work.
If you haven't had any success selling, consider a situation that could be helpful to selling your property, even though you might need to carry back a second TD or some other form of creative financing, let's see if we can put a deal together for mutual benefit.
