This is for an individual crypted lawn property at Green Hills Memorial Park: 27501 South Western Avenue in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275. It is an individual single with option for companion with upgrade. I have heard that Green Hills Cemetery no longer sells single plots in any Section of the Cemetery. As owner, I am asking $8600.00 which includes fee for transfer-$300. As of Mar 2012 per Green Hills Memorial Park, the property is worth $6,900, endowment is $600 and the vault lining is $800. It is in PARK VIEW TERRACE SECTION, PLOT 5, SPACE H. It is very close to the Park View Terrace Mausoleum where you can access water and use the restroom.
