Stannard beach is located in Westbrook, Connecticut on Long Island Sound. This is the same private beach where Waters edge resort is located.
The house is half a block from the water; it has 5 bedrooms and two baths. It is a year around home, heated by oil and air-conditioned, central up stairs and window units downstairs. There is a rear patio Porch facing a beautiful marsh. There is a half basement and a very large storage shed in the back yard.
The house could come with a 25 foot Sea Ray with a full galley, an aft cabin and an engine that was replaced a few years ago that has less than 25 hours on it. Also a. 25 foot helms sail boat that sleeps 5 and is on a new trailer on the side of the house. The shed is full with motor scooters and bicycles, and a Sun fish. And a partiage in a pair tree. To complete the package there is a 1997 Subaru in the driveway.
The package is not formally on the market, if you are interested I want $ 600,000 for everything, and if you close before June 15th. I'll through in Long Island Sound.
